Since 1974, L.A. has been maintaining a journal, and since 2000 he has been sending it out to a mailing list of friends.  If you would like to receive the journal for a while, use this convenient form.  You should receive a welcome message, which will let you know that you are now on the list.

Although by definition a journal should be daily, L.A.'s is anything but.  If you do not receive any journal entries for weeks on end, there is probably no problem with your email or with the mailing list.
